Current providers
OpenAI, L.L.C.
Purpose: Sites deployment and hosting operations for this public information website, including technical request logs needed to operate and secure the service. No live connected-account Amazon data is provided through the public website.
Cloudflare, Inc.
Purpose: domain registration, DNS, network protection, content delivery, and inbound business-email routing. Cloudflare may process technical traffic data through its United States and global network, depending on the service.
Google LLC
Purpose: destination mailbox for Munchello’s business-email routing and operational communications. Google may process communications in locations covered by its applicable service terms.
Amazon and connected services
Amazon is the source and authorization provider for connected Amazon Ads and Selling Partner data; it is not listed here as a Munchello subprocessor. A connected business separately agrees to Amazon’s terms and controls its Amazon users and authorization grants.
Artificial intelligence providers
No external AI provider currently receives live connected-account Amazon data. Development assistants may be used on source code and synthetic or mock data. Before any external AI provider processes production Amazon data, Munchello will evaluate its confidentiality, retention, security, and model-training terms; minimize the data sent; update this page; and obtain any authorization required from the connected business.
Changes
Munchello may add or replace providers as the service develops. Material changes affecting production connected-account data will be posted here and communicated to active authorized administrators before the new provider begins processing that data where contract or law requires notice.
